The Society is able to offer competitive interest rates for both fixed interest and floating interest terms, in respect of Rural and Commercial Mortgages.
We are more than happy to take the time to discuss your requirements and negotiate a Fixed Interest Term if this is more suitable to your circumstances.
- In special circumstances longer fixed terms may be negotiated.
- Instalments can be paid fortnightly or monthly.
- Interest Only Mortgages can be arranged.
